We are happy that our children, and their families, are excited about their special day. Our goal is not to take the fun out of your child’s birthday, but rather set some guidelines to classroom celebrations for birthdays. If you do choose to send a treat to school on your child's birthday, we ask that a few expectations be followed (numbered below) when providing a classroom treat for your child at school. Please know that if birthday treats do not meet these expectations we will not be passing them out. If a child brings an item(s) which is not allowed, it will be returned home with the child.
- Cupcakes and cakes will not be allowed.
- Items must be store bought items.
- No juice or drink.
- Only 1 item sent per classmate.
- Follow teacher communications about allergies that might exist in the classroom before purchasing a treat to bring in.
Thank you in advance for adhering to these expectations. If you have any questions or would like to share any other ideas, feel free to contact principal Aaron Krueger.
